Aligned to certain UC products, Nuvias UC Assist service is available 9am – 5pm weekdays and offers Service Providers and Technology Resellers a cost-effective approach to outsource first line technical support for their customers and unified communications as a service.
How does it work?
Help Desk engineers will run through a series of questions and basic checks to ascertain whether an issue requires further investigation and technical support, or whether any deployed hardware is deemed faulty, and under warranty requiring a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) instruction.
Nuvias UC Help Desk engineers will liaise with Nuvias UC Technical Support or Vendor Support teams, to obtain further technical support as necessary for a given cloud service or hardware platform, with all updates and communication tracked via a Technology Reseller facing ticketing system.
