This service can provide an overflow capability for your in-house engineering team or (as all of our professional services can be white labelled if required) you can offer an expert engineering service without investing in your own in-house team.
This means equipment can be left with us to deploy at the client’s business, as per the agreed plan, on an agreed date. Nuvias can provide IT installation, telephone and video installation as a service.
The installation process is broken down into three stages:
1. Prior to the arrival on site, the pre-installation research stage during which the customer completes a survey questionnaire and then Nuvias UC will review all completed data to ensure its validity, and confirm all other pre-requisites are met. A site survey can be arranged before the deployment of premised based Video or Voice Equipment installations
2. A configuration phase where the initial configuration is installed.
3. Finally, the installation stage when the hardware, plus any ancillary equipment, is installed and basic testing completed.
