Reimagine customer experience (CX) with Nuvias UC and Five9
The Nuvias UC partnership with Five9 will provide channel partners access to a high-growth environment. In addition to providing access to Cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, Nuvias UC will work with channel partners across Europe to facilitate the transition or addition of new contact centre services.
Removing concerns about complexity
Contact centre has been seen as the realm of the specialist, but the channel should have no fear in engaging in these opportunities knowing that the Nuvias UC team will provide all the required expertise to design, deliver, and integrate the service.
