• E-Commerce Platform: Simplify ordering complete solutions – from licenses to hardware and call plans – with intelligent product recommendations tailored to your customers’ needs. It’s a one-stop shop for combining hardware, licensing and services as required. With quick shortcuts to Zoom’s full portfolio, accessing and shopping is seamless – no searching needed.

  Available to UK customers from 15^th September 2025 – European roll-out expected from October 2025

• Synced API Deal Registration: Instantly share deal registration details with all stakeholders, accelerating approvals.

  From September 2025

• Ordering API Integration: Once you place an order for Zoom via our E-comm platform, this will automatically be submitted to Zoom in real-time, saving the time spent on provisioning.

  From October 2025

• Automated Invoicing: Integrated via API so invoices flow seamlessly from our system to yours. Your customers can also be included in this process, reducing manual work and speeding up the cycle.
